нар.”watch and wait” поведение.
This thesis discloses the possibilities of modern MRI techniques such as magnetic resonance diffusion and perfusion in the diagnosis of brain tumors and particularly of gliomas. The therapeutic algorithm and prognosis in each patient with a glioma depends on the histopathological tumor grade according to WHO (World Health Organization). High grade gliomas III, IVgrade WHO undergo aggressive treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, while low diffuse gliomas II grade WHO, in some cases have "Watch andwait"behavior. Modern MR techniques - MR diffusion and perfusion provide information on cellularity, angiogenesis and microvascularity that are important in determining the grade of the tumor. These techniques are an integral part of the optimal magnetic resonance protocol in patients with gliomas, and may assist in distinguishing low from high-grade glioma.en_US
