Abstract

Дисертационният труд е посветен на клиничните, ендоскопски; морфологични и функционални особености на някои от по-значимите заболявания на горния отдел на ХГ. Въз основа на клиничен материал от Катедрата по педиатрия на МУ-Варна, за периода 1987-95 г. са обосновани въвеждането, мястото и ролята на инвазивните методи /основно горната ендоскопия и свързаните с нея методи/. Проучени са клиничните, ендоскопско-морфологични и функционални промени при дифузните възпалителни и язвени заболявания във възрастта 6-18 години. Оформени са констелации от клинични, ендоскопски и морфологични особености на нозологични единици, представляващи проблем за детската гастроентерология. Описани са характерните белези на Хеликобактер пилори инфекцията у децата. Изтъкнати са възможностите за ендоскопско-морфологични изследвания при проследяване на язвената болест, хроничния атрофичен гастрит, гастроезофагеалната рефлуксна болест. Разработени са диагностични програми, като е определено мястото на ендоскопско-морфологичните методи сред другите апаратно-инструментални методики в ГЕ.

The subject of this thesis are the clinical, endoscopic; morphological and functional features of some of the more significant diseases of the upper GI tract. The introduction and role of the invasive techniques and procedures (mainly the upper endoscopy and the related methods) have been explicated based on the clinical material observed in the Department of Paediatrics at the Medical University of Varna for the period 1987-95. Clinical, endoscopic-morphological and functional changes in diffuse inflammatory and ulcerative diseases at the age of 6-18 years olds have been investigated. Constellations of clinical, endoscopic and morphological features of nosological units representing issues in child gastroenterology have been developed. The hallmark characteristics of Helicobacter pylori infection in children have been described. The possibilities for endoscopic-morphological tests in ulcerative disease, chronic atrophic gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease have been highlighted. Diagnostic programs managing the disposition of endoscopic-morphological methods along with the rest of instrumental techniques in Gastroenterology have been developed.
