Asymptomatic cerebrovascular disease is defined as the stage of cerebrovascular disease in individuals with vascular risk factors without clinically established neurological and retinal symptoms of cerebrovascular disease. Asymptomatic ischemic cerebrovascular disorders affect young people of working age. Studying work factors and hazards and their impact on workers' health is essential because the work process is an invariable part of a person's daily life. The study aims to investigate occupational factors' role in developing asymptomatic ischemic cerebrovascular disorder in working-age patients. One hundred fifty-one patients participated in the study - 41 with MRI data of asymptomatic disorders and 110 without changes, meeting the inclusion criteria. A questionnaire survey, a stress scale assessment and a cognition assessment scale were conducted. In the course of the present study, we analysed the risk profile of patients with MRI data of asymptomatic ischemic disorder and those without changes. We evaluated the influence of non-modifiable and modifiable vascular risk factors and occupational factors and hazards on the incidence of asymptomatic CVD. We compared the levels of occupational stress in the two groups and their impact on asymptomatic disorders and vascular risk factors. We investigated the effect of asymptomatic MRI changes on workers' cognition.en_US
